Design & Communication

We then bring the strategy to life by using memorable and innovative executions that will get noticed!

Internal Marketing

We call it Internal Marketing because we apply the same techniques and thinking as we would for the external market. Research shows that effective organisations communicate well with their employees. The positive effects of enhanced employee engagement are increased motivation, increased productivity and increased retention. Good communication leads to better understanding of the organisations culture and goals and facilitating organisational change.

At the forefront of our thinking is to create two way communication opportunities...only then do we start to establish true employee engagement. This is all achieved through a variety of techniques; Newsletters, Magazines, Posters, Intranets, E-shots, Suggestion schemes, Awards, Benefits packages, Events, Conferences, Performance bulletins and Team briefings. We believe in continual measurement to ensure that the strategy is achieving its objectives and allows for changes in message emphasis or delivery channel.
